Jackson Timothy Evans

Biography

Jackson (Jack) Evans (31) is an assistant professor of anthropology at Miller State University. His specialization is in the ritual use of caves in the Maya area, as well as human sacrifice. This excavation will be his second as site director. He has also worked at Yax Ha, Caracol, and Balankanche, on which he did his dissertation.

Jack got his undergraduate degree from OSU and his doctorate from Vanderbilt (no masters; he's just that good). He has been teaching at MSU for the past five years. His graduate students include Moira Tate. Greg is an old friend from graduate school.

Powers

Jack has unlimited flight powers. He can carry anything whilst flying that he could have picked up whilst standing (nothing special there). Flying isn't taxing in any way, though if he flies too fast he gets windburned.

His powers activate on their own, which is a problem, though he eventually learns to control them.
